Faceless YouTube channels
A full shot plan for every script, without editing by hand.
Most script-to-video tools give each scene one picture. AI Director edits the way a person would: it decides how many shots a scene needs, where each one comes from, how long it stays on screen and the exact word it lands on. Your script is never rewritten.
AI Director is the part of Vid Optimus that turns a script into an edit. It reads your narration scene by scene and writes a shot plan: how many shots each scene gets, whether each one is an AI image, a stock photo or a stock video, how it moves and how it hands over to the next.
It works with the language model you connect: Groq, OpenAI or Google Gemini, with your own key. It plans the pictures, never the words. Every sentence you wrote is read back exactly as you wrote it, and every choice the Director makes stays editable.
A long line about a harbour at dawn might need a wide shot, a close-up and a stock clip of boats. AI Director plans each shot with its own source and length, so a scene keeps moving instead of sitting on one image.
Shots are planned after the voiceover, on the Plan step, so the Director places each picture on the word it starts at. A picture of the harbour comes on screen as "harbour" is said, not a second before or after, however fast the voice reads.
Pick the pacing that suits your channel. Each rhythm changes how often the picture changes, what kind of shots the Director prefers and how much the pictures move.
Switch on Charts, Maps or Motion graphics and the Director uses them where a line gives a number, names a place or makes a point worth putting on screen. Tick Opening hook and it opens your video on your strongest line.
Paste your script. The Director can choose where to split it into scenes, only ever on your own sentences.
Voice each scene with the built-in voice or a premium engine, or bring your own recording.
AI Director plans the shots on the exact words, scene by scene. In Auto mode it plans four scenes at a time as they are voiced.
Change any shot, source, move or cut on the Visuals and Timeline screens, then export.

No. It plans the pictures, not the words. It can choose where to split your script into scenes, but only on your own sentences, and every word is read back exactly as you wrote it.
The language model you connect with your own key: Groq, OpenAI or Google Gemini. Gemini and Groq both have free tiers, and the app waits and carries on when a free key asks it to slow down.
Yes. Every shot, source, move, transition and cut stays editable on the Plan, Visuals and Timeline screens. On the timeline you can move a cut one word earlier or later.
Documentary, Calm, Standard and Punchy. They set how long pictures hold, what kinds of shots the Director prefers and how strongly pictures move. Documentary holds pictures 5 to 7 seconds; Punchy cuts fastest with close-ups.
Either, per shot. It chooses between an AI image, a stock photo and a stock video for each shot, and in Auto mode it never repeats a stock pick.
No. You can plan shots by hand, and projects without the Director work as usual.
