Why it exists
Turning a script into a video shouldn't be this hard
Good editing software makes you learn timelines and keyframes before you can make anything. The AI video tools that promise to skip that step often rewrite your words into something generic, then bill you by the minute.
We wanted something in between: a desktop app that keeps your script exactly as you wrote it, plans the shots for you, and still gives you a real timeline to polish the result. So we built it.

Your keys stay on your computer
Your AI provider keys are used from your computer to call those providers directly. They are never sent to us.
No credits, no upgrade walls
Every paid plan includes every feature and unlimited videos. Plans only differ in how you pay.

The 7-day trial is the full app, not a demo. That way you know it fits before you buy, because sales are final once a licence is activated.
New models arrive as updates
When a new AI model or provider is worth adding, it shows up in the app you already have. No reinstall, no migration.
Honest about the costs
We charge no per-video fee. If you use a paid AI provider, that provider bills you directly for what you use. The built-in voice and stock are free.
What we can see, and what we can't
The app talks to our server to check your licence and count usage. Your creative work never goes through us.

Your videos belong to you
Everything you create with Vid Optimus is yours, including for commercial use. Images, stock media and voices from third-party providers still follow those providers' own terms, so check them before you publish at commercial scale.
