Most AI video tools render your video on their servers and make you wait in a queue. Vid Optimus renders the final MP4 on your own Windows PC, using the hardware you already paid for.
Graphics card names don't tell you much. A card can report as NVIDIA and still have no usable encoder. So Vid Optimus tests each encoder with a real encode using your export settings, then races the winner against your CPU and renders with whichever is faster. You never have to set anything up.
